6月9日消息，針對有媒體報道的“淘米公司財報內部控制存重大缺陷”，淘米市場總監、新聞發言人郭莉微博澄清，這是9日當天媒體在翻譯外媒對淘米上市報道稿件的時候產生的“誤譯”，所有財務報表已經得到審計事務所簽字認可。
今日有媒體報道，淘米網周三承認，該公司的審計機構已經在其財報內部控制中發現了重大缺陷，公司缺乏足夠的經驗來遵守美國會計準則。
下午2：30，距離淘米公司正式在紐交所上市還有不到10小時，淘米市場總監、新聞發言人郭莉發表微博稱：“有媒體朋友問，淘米是在上市前查出財務內控問題了么?這是對外媒報道的誤譯，事實上我們早在5月24日發布招股說明書的時候，所有財務報表已經得到審計事務所簽字認可。淘米成功定價9美元，感謝大家關注。請大家期待首只中國兒童概念股的誕生。”

郭莉在微博中稱，這是9日當天媒體在翻譯外媒對淘米上市報道稿件的時候產生的“誤譯”。通過查閱相關報道發現，最早發布關于“淘米周三(昨日)發現財務漏洞，正在重新編寫財務報表”的某網站已經刪除該條鏈接，各大門戶網站也撤掉了早前的類似鏈接。
李開復也在微博中說到，淘米網在上市說明書提到會計經驗缺乏的風險 ，不等于淘米上市審計發現“重大缺陷”。有業內分析師表示：中國概念股在美國上市，需遵循一定的規則，預警包括財務控制在內的風險，幾乎可以說是所有中國概念股上市招股說明書的標準配置，將其理解為“披露財務缺陷”，純屬誤讀。
淘米網的發行價定在9美元，是發行區間的下限，背后似乎也透露了對中國概念股遭遇打擊的大趨勢的擔憂。(天羽)
