近日，IHS iSuppli 列出了 iPad 2 的物料清單和詳細成本，32GB WCDMA +WiFi 版本的 iPad 2 物料成本為 326.6 美元，而 CDMA 版本為 323.25 美元。由下圖不難看出，9.7 英寸屏幕占據(jù)了很大部分的成本，顯示加觸摸屏共 127 美元；接下來是存儲系統(tǒng)，包括 NAND 閃存和 DRAM 內(nèi)存共 65.7 美元；由三星代工的蘋果 A5 芯片，成本費為 14 美元；攝像頭 4.3 美元；每臺 iPad 2 的組裝費為 10 美元。詳細列表如下：
